memory of Esther Tibbs - Ranch Cowboy Family Older brother of Casey, Ancel & his family lived the Cowboy Life on the Tibbs homestead near Fort Pierre. A local Rodeo contestant, Ancel was 3rd in the NRCA - 1978 in Old Man's Breakaway; 2nd in NRCA - 1982; & 6th in team roping in Rope the Rockies in Denver, CO - 1996. Ancel & Esther were noted for their love of community & rodeo & support of a neighbor or friend in need. |
