⚠️ Important Terms & Requirements
Booth fee is non-refundable.
Electricity and running water are not available.
Event hours are mandatory.
Vendors may access the building 2 hours before opening each day.
Clean-up must be completed within 2 hours after the event ends on the last day.
Vendors are responsible for cleaning and restoring their area.
Vendors must submit sales tax license with the application.
Vendors must ensure compliance with all tax and food safety licensing regulations.
The Executive Director reserves the right to censor booths.
The Rodeo Center is not liable for loss, damage, or injury.
