Jordan (Tierney) Santos

2025 Casey Tibbs Tribute Dinner Rodeo Promoter: Jordan Santos (Tierney) was born and raised in western South Dakota on her parents' ranch. She is the proud wife of Taylor, mother to Beau, and daughter of Paul and Robin Tierney. After obtaining her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Chadron State College, she was encouraged to pursue and ultimately earned the title of Miss Rodeo South Dakota. She went on to win the coveted Miss Rodeo America 2020 crown.
Jordan made history by serving a second year due to the COVID-19 pandemic becoming the first woman to reign for two consecutive years. She traveled over 100,000 miles, attending nearly 100 rodeo performances annually, along with school visits, civic events, and sponsor appearances all to promote the sport of rodeo and the Western way of life.
Jordan now resides in Texas with her PRCA husband, Taylor Santos—a two-time NFR and three-time NFSR qualifier—and their son, Beau Frank Santos.
